Quarantine Tips

Things have been a bit hectic of late and I hope you and your loved ones are all doing well. I wanted to give a few tips to help those who are quarantined:
1. Make sure to get some exercise and sunlight every day. Staying at home makes getting these things more difficult, but all the more important. Aim for at least 30 minutes of each a day.
2. Take some of this time to do things you’ve been putting off. Such as learning a new language or that spending extra time with family. Make sure to stay productive and make good use of this time!
3. Keep your brain active. Don’t just veg out on TV the whole time. Take some time to learn something new from a book and journal to keep your brain active and your spirits high.
I know there’s a lot of craziness out there, but we’ll get through this. Keep up on your mental and physical health and this will all be a thing of the past soon.
