Schedule Your Life

Sometimes when our normal routine of going to work or whatever we normally have scheduled every day gets disrupted it messes up our whole day.

I have talked to a lot of people who are currently experiencing this due to the corona virus and quarantines a lot of people have found ourselves in.

It is really important during these times is to stay productive, keep working on personal development and make the best of this time off that a lot of us are facing.

This is hard to do with our lives turned upside down though.

One thing that will greatly help to keep us moving forward and help us to feel better about this time is to set a routine.

Schedule your day out and you will find yourself getting so much more done than you would have imagined.

What I found that works best is to map out your daily habits, to do list, and any other events. Put them in a time allotment and follow it to the best of your ability.

Something akin to the picture I used for this post should work well.

It’s important to fill up as much white space as you can during your day, but feel free to leave time for breaks, eating etc.

This should really help you to organize your life and get us back on track for our journey to excellence.

And don’t worry if something comes up and the schedule gets a little messed up, just adjust for that tomorrow and carry on. You should get a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment every time you tick something off the to do list as well.
